How do I unzip SVG files/bundles?
An .zip file will be downloaded when you click on it. You need to open the zip file. There are six types of files in the unzipped file: SVG, DXF, .AI, PNG, PDF, and EPS.
Click "Unzip" or "Extract" from the right-click menu of the zip file on your PC.
MAC users: To open the file, just double-click on it.
Get the "iZip" app from the App Store for your iPhone. Use the tool to unzip the file. Bring it into the software app.
Find the file on your phone and click "Extract." Bring in to the software app and use.
I cannot find/open SVG file after downloading.
We have six types of files. You can use DXF, .AI, SVG, PNG, PDF, and EPS. You can find these file types in the zip file that you receive. There are times when the SVG file has a browser icon, like Chrome or Internet Explorer. That needs to be put into your software.
I'm having trouble getting into my account
It means the account doesn't exist or the email address isn't real. Try signing up again. When you try to sign up again, it might say that the account already exists. Try changing the password and logging in again.
Will I get a commercial license copy in my email when I purchase your commercial license?
The invoice is all you need to show that you can use your goods for business. You won't get a commercial license in your email. Just make sure you put the file name (which is required) and the SKU (if possible) in the "Details" part of the checkout process. This way, we can tell which product the commercial license is for. We'll add the file names for you if you already bought it but forgot to include them in your order. Just send us the transaction number and the file names.
How To Unzip SVG Cut File?
The first thing you need to do after downloading the file is to open the zip file. You won't be able to use your files at all until you unzip them. In short, files that are zipped (or compressed) take up less room and download faster than files that are not zipped (or compressed). As soon as you download your buy, you should unzip the files so that you can use them.
Instructions for PC
Look at the zip folder picture after you've downloaded.
Zipped folders look like files that have a small zipper on them.
With a right click on the folder, you can choose "Extract All." If you click this choice, the unzipping process will begin. After that, you'll be asked where you want to save the folder that you just opened. If the folder you want to unzip is already there, you don't have to search. Just click Extract to start the process. If you want to move the packed files to a different location on your computer, find this Folder and click on Extract.
When the unzipping is done, you will have TWO folders with your files in them. One will have the items that are still in the zip file. You can get rid of this folder if you want to, since the files inside are useless when they are compressed. The files that have been unzipped and are ready to use will be in the other folder. Keep in mind that the length of time it takes to finish will depend on how big the download is.
